RMA request


RMA shipment procedure

Fill in only the blank fields of the RMA form (the shaded fields will be filled in by EUROSISCON).

Once all the fields have been filled in and the malfunction has been specified (compulsory), you can send us the RMA request form to the e-mail RMA@eurosiscon.com.

EUROSISCON will authorize said request by assigning an RMA number with your registration date and it will be sent to the e-mail you have indicated.

The RMA number is valid for 10 days after which it will be automatically cancelled.

Once the authorized request with its corresponding RMA number has been received by the client, you can send us the indicated material with FREIGHT COST PAID to the following address:

Calabria, 36 Local
Attn. Technical Department (RMA No.: ………….)

The material must be sent properly packed, if possible with its original packaging and internal protections, including a copy of the authorized RMA request and indicating the RMA number assigned in the transport label visibly.

The accessories that facilitate and permit the testing and diagnosis of the equipment (power adapter, special cables, etc.) must also be included in the shipment.

No material will be accepted for repair that was not accompanied by its corresponding RMA number.

EUROSISCON is not responsible for included information on computer storage units (HDD, SSD, M.2, CFast™, etc.). The customer must have the corresponding backup copies before shipping.
